Our scheduling service, My Receptionist, is the first and only nationwide answering and appointment service designed by a massage therapist. This means that our scheduling services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of massage therapists, chiropractors, and other complementary health care providers. We can also accommodate the appointment scheduling service needs of virtually any type of business.
Our team of skilled, knowledgeable receptionists can provide courteous, helpful assistance to your clients when booking a session. When your client places a call to your local number, that call is invisibly transferred to the My Receptionist service where we:
Answer with your business name and personalized greeting Answer the caller's questions regarding prices, services, or directions Screen caller's for those that you deem “red flag” customers Schedule appointments adhering to your unique calendar
Upon completing the call, the operator will update your schedule information, which will then be made available to you by your choice of voice, fax, email, or ISS.
In addition to the scheduling services listed above, our staff can also sell gift certificates, process credit card transactions, and even place “reminder calls” to your clients the day before their appointments.
