About Tele-Serve

Tele-Serve began operations in the mid 1950's with one lady answering telephones from her home for a local business. Since then we have expanded to include branches in both Wisconsin and Florida which handle millions of calls each year. Many of our current employees have witnessed the changes from the early days of switchboards and cables under the streets to the state-of-the-art digital switches and computer based systems in use today.

A lot has changed since then, but one thing is still the same; A persevering dedication to providing quality, reliable service at a very competitive rate.

This foresight positioned Tele-Serve to make the transition into the Call Center industry early. Our Personnel

Tele-Serve has the staff to handle the needs of any client. On site management, technical support, and highly skilled supervisors all combine to provide our clients with the most effective, efficient call processing possible. Our operator staff receives extensive training on every account they handle prior to taking even a single call. Our supervisory staff is on site from 7:00 AM through 11:00 PM seven days a week.
